Mix Sauce Pan Fried Chicken Wings Recipe

This mix sauce pan fried chicken wing is one of my favourite dish. Camus likes to cook this dish as it is easy to prepare and delicious. The first time he cooked this dish is during his visit to Japan on few years ago. Camus cooked for me during weekday when I was working in Japan. Until today, the sweet memory is still fresh in my mind. I still remember he cooked 5 chicken wings (mini drumstick part) at that time, he ate two and I ate three of them. This is how he treats me, always give the best for me. When return to Malaysia, he will still cook this delicious dish for me and at the same time, I learn the recipe from him. This is how he cooked the mix sauce pan fried chicken wing. Ingredients:4 chicken wings4 clove garlic (chopped)2tbsp cooking oil For marinate sauce:2tbsp oyster sauce2tbsp soy sauce1tsp dark soy sauce1/2tbsp chilli oil For sugar syrup:2tsp sugar (dissolve sugar with 1tbsp of hot water) For decoration:Fried onionMint leaves Method:1. Wash the chicken wings with salt until clean and cut into two pieces for each chicken wing.2. Marinate chicken wings with marinate sauces for at least half and hour.3. Prepare a hot pan with cooking oil, fried chopped garlic until it is almost golden in colour.4. Add chicken wings into pan, fried until they are cooked.5. Before remove chicken wings from pan, add sugar syrup and stir well.6. Remove from pan and decorate with fried onion and mint leaves. Although this is just a simple recipe, but it really taste good. It is best to serve hot with white rice. Enjoy! MnY is submitting our post to Aspiring Bakers #28: Chicken Feast (February 2013) hosted by SSB of Small Small Baker.
