Sukiyaki 鋤焼 | Dinner At Japanese Sensei House
When I was working in Japan, I attended Japanese class in order to improve my Japanese language. I have a Japanese teacher who taught me the Japanese language for about a year when I stayed there. Before the training end, I was invited to her house for dinner. I feel glad to have the opportunity to visit her house.

Ramen (ラーメン or 拉麺) is a noodle soup that is very popular in Japan and it is originated in China. Ramen noodles are about as thin as spaghetti, served in variety of soup base. It is often served with sliced pork, dried seaweed, green onion and some other toppings.
Cha Dango 京の茶だんご | Japan
Dango is a Japanese dumpling made from mochiko, rice flour. There are many varieties of dango in Japan and normally three to four dango are often served on a skewer. The texture of the dango is very similar to chinese glutinous flour ball (tang yuan), especially the plain dango, not only the texture, the taste is almost close to tang yuan. On this post, I would like to share on the Cha Dango from Kyoto, Japan 京の茶だんご. It is a green tea flavour dango where only sells in Kyoto area. I have never see this brand of dango in Tokyo.

I found this Char Koay Kak (炒粿角) at Bringchang Pasar Malam (night market), Cameron Highland. It is a typical Char Koay Kak, which is frying together with bean sprouts (豆芽), chives (韭菜) and egg.
We would like to introduce you the Yam Rice (芋饭)that located at Soon Hing Kopitiam (顺兴茶餐室), Chai Leng Park. This is a nice Yam Rice. However, not many people know about it. Most of the people know the other 2 Yam Rice stalls that located near by the Chai Leng 
If you like to eat something sweet after dinner, this Ah Pom that located at Lebuh Kurau 5 (Wai Sek Kai喂食街), Chai Leng Park is a good choice for them. The stall that selling Ah Pom is owned by a Chinese auntie; she operated this business for more than 20 years. For those who stay surrounding Chai Leng Park should be know about this Ah Pom. Previously, she was selling the Ah Pom at Chai Leng Park market during morning and at Wai Sek Kai (Wai Sek Kai喂食街) at night. Since I was kid (5~6years old), I like it very much already. May be you will ask me "What's so special?", because you can find Ah Pom/Apom/Apong anyway. I can tell you here, the taste is totally different compared to other Indian style Ah Pom/Apom/Apong.Lets Talk
