Let's go into the ingredients and cooking method now. Ingredients: 10 eggs 900g sugar 1kg coconut milk pandan leaves (wash)
Method: 1. Beat 10 eggs into a big pot. Stir!
2. Add in sugar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolve.
3. Pour in the coconut milk.
4. Mix well.
5. Boil water in another bigger pot.
6. Double boil the mixture over the boiled water. Put the pandan leaves into the mixture.
7. Continuously stir the mixture until it is thick.
8. Cover it and continue double boil until you get a thick and smooth kaya jam.
9. Serve with bread or biscuit as you like.
The whole process took about 4 hours. Patient and hardwork are needed to make it successful. I believed most of the people will rather buy it outside.
