On that day, she picked me up from train station, and we walked to her house. It was a spring season in Japan and the weather was good. We enjoyed the time we spent together. Now, I will go directly into the dinner and that was what we had on that night, Sukiyaki! It is a Japanese dish in a hot pot style. It normally consists of thinly sliced beef, tofu, scallion (negi), Chinese cabbage, mushroom (shiitake), jelly noodle (konnyaku) and etc.

That was the first time I ate Sukiyaki in Japan. The dinner was great and very delicious. For sure I will remember the moment when I was in Japan with my sensei ("teacher" in Japanese). I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for the teaching throughout the year as well as invited me to her house for the dinner. I really appreciate!
