I do not bake for a period of time due to no oven with me in Japan. I mentioned that I miss my smart oven in Penang from the post of Peach Cheesecake. Well, after few months of stay in my apartment, I do not realize that actually I have an oven in my apartment. It is conventional oven where it can be used to toast, grill, bake and also act as microwave oven. A friend of mine discovered this and told me that I can bake, huuray! If not, I think I won't realize that I have an oven with me. Haha..
This is one of the cakes that I have baked. Banana muffin.

Ingredients: 120g butter 120g caster sugar 2pcs eggs (lightly beaten)
230g plain flour 2tsp baking powder 1/4tsp baking soda (all sift together)
60cc fresh milk 2pcs banana (mashed well)
Method: 1. Beat butter with hand mixer until creamy. 2. Add in sugar slowly and continue to beat until it turns white. 3. Add in egg slowly and mix until combined. 4. Pour in fresh milk (divide to 3 times) and mix well. 5. Add sifted flours and mix with spatula until just combined.
6. Lastly add in mashed banana, mix until just combined. 7. Pour the batter into muffin cup until ¾ full.
8. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180ºC for about 25-30mins.
9. Remove from oven after cooked. It is easy to prepare and delicious. I baked this as a gift for my friends. Hopefully, they like it.
